We will send you two e-mails after you place your order:
1) The first e-mail will confirm that we have successfully RECEIVED your order. This e-mail will include an Order Confirmation Number. You should receive this e-mail within 24 hours after completing your order. Please keep this number handy incase you need to contact us regarding your order.
2) The second e-mail will notify you that we have successfully SHIPPED your order. This e-mail will include an Order Tracking Number and a link to the shipping company to track your order online.
If you have any questions or concerns about an order you have placed, please feel free to contact us via email at sales@noblebaskets.com or phone at 1-800-347-1194. Please be sure to include your Order Confirmation number we emailed you when you placed your order.
You will need your Order Tracking Number we sent in the Shipping Confirmation e-mailed to you to track your order. This number is different from the Order Confirmation Number we e-mailed to confirm successful receipt of your order.

Ground shipment orders placed during non-peak periods will be shipped anywhere from 1 to 3 days after the placement of your order. Please indicate the specifice date the Basket should arrive to the recipient in the "Comments or Special Request" box of the Order Confirmation page.
The map below reflects the UPS Ground transit time (in days) from Noble Baskets.

Next Day and 2nd Day delivery orders are given priority and will be shipped the next day, providing the order is placed before 12:00pm ( Noon ). For example, if you place your order on Monday before 12:00 pm ( Noon ), your order will be shipped on Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday (Next Day) or Thursday (2nd-Day). For orders placed after 12:00 pm ( Noon ), our Staff will do their best to ship the next day but may not ship until the day after.
During our peak season (November & December) , please allow a lead-time of anywhere from 1 to 5 days for ground shipment orders. We will, however, provide Next Day and 2nd Day Delivery service. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not delivery days. Next Day and 2nd Day Delivery orders placed before 12:00 pm ( Noon ) on Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday (Next Day) or Wednesday (2nd-Day).
Custom Baskets and Build-Your-Own Baskets™ may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the order.
In all cases , please be sure to include the date you would like the delivery in the ‘Comments and Special Requests’ field on the order form. If we cannot meet your requested delivery date, we will call you the same day we receive the order.
We take the utmost care in packaging your Basket so that it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you experience any damage to the Basket due to shipping, keep the box that it arrived in and contact us immediately.
Failure of the Shipping Company to Deliver or Deliver on Time

If the Shipping Company (UPS, FedEx) fails to deliver your Basket on time (this applies to Next Day and 2 nd Day shipments only), please contact us immediately. If the cause is due to Carrier Failure unrelated to Weather, we will refund the difference paid between Air and Ground.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii [back to top]
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only ship via Next Day and 2 nd Day and may require an additional shipping and handling charge.
Please be absolutely sure the Ship To Address is correct and accurate. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please verify the accuracy of the Ship To Address when you receive the Order Confirmation e-mail. If a Basket is returned because of an invalid Ship To Address, the sender will be responsible for the shipping charges.
At this time we do not ship outside the United States with the exception of APO and FPO. However, we do accept orders from international customers who wish to ship within the United States .

We ship to APO and FPO addresses . Additional Shipping Charges may apply. Choose “Domestic Ground” for the base-shipping rate when you complete your order on the Order Confirmation page. We will contact you if there are any additional Shipping Charges.
Please be aware of the following guidelines:
· APO and FPO must be sent using United States Postal Service (USPS)
· The U.S. Postal Service is the only agency that will ship to APO and FPO addresses. APO and FPO shipping can be either CONUS (Continental U.S. ) or OCONUS (Outside Continental U.S. ).
· Should be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
· Should not exceed 70 pounds.
· Should not exceed 130 inches in combined length and width. Box girth must not exceed 130" (the girth is calculated by measuring the circumference of the box plus the longest side of the box).
· You Should Not : Ship firearms, alcoholic products, perishable food items or any illegal substances.
· Value of a single box cannot exceed $4000 (Some insurance companies will only insure products up to this value).
